Service Overview
Ship it to China for repair and testing, then send it to your country.
Replace all internal components: the circuit board, LiDAR cover, and LiDAR sensor module.
Ensure it is tested before shipment.
Replace it with a used LiDAR unit.
Additionally, please note that some LiDAR units require recalibration after installation before they can be used.
Based on our understanding, some LiDAR units sold in China are labeled as brand new, but in reality, the internal data may be missing and they may require data flashing/programming before proper use.
At present, the recommended repair solution is to complete the repair and testing in China first. After confirming that the LiDAR responds and functions properly, shipping it overseas would be a more suitable option.
