- An OBD diagnostic cable
- A USB or Type-C to RJ45 Ethernet adapter if the computer has no Ethernet port
- A stable internet connection

Connection sequence
Changan vehicle → OBD → China-version SmartLink → Windows computer → NetEase UU Remote → Technician in China
Once the customer has connected the vehicle and equipment overseas, our technician can remotely access the computer and begin the diagnostic process.
2. Why is a China-version SmartLink required?
This is the most important part of the solution.
We use a China-version SmartLink to connect to the relevant Chinese diagnostic systems.
Customers who want to use our remote service must prepare a China-version SmartLink in advance.
SmartLink versions may differ by system, region and compatibility. An overseas version may not meet the connection requirements of the Chinese diagnostic system.
