If you own an exported Li Auto vehicle and want to use the Li Auto mobile app to control your car remotely, we can help you create a main account for your vehicle.
Requirements before we start
Before we can process the account, please make sure the following conditions are met and prepare the documents listed below.
1. Proof of legal export
The vehicle must be genuinely and legally exported from China. We do not accept vehicles that are illegally exported Chinese mortgaged cars. Please make sure the vehicle’s export and ownership documents are clean and lawful.
2. Local vehicle registration
You must provide the vehicle registration certificate issued by the local country where the car is now registered, along with clear photos of the local registration certificate.
3. Owner identification photo
Please provide a joint photo of the vehicle owner together with you, as proof of identity and ownership for the account application.
4. Vehicle photos
Please provide as many exterior photos of the vehicle as possible, showing the car from different angles. This helps us verify the vehicle’s condition and identity before creating the account.
What happens next
Once all documents are confirmed, we will proceed with the main account creation for your Li Auto.
